Hiring military veterans has a number of benefits, including strengthening your team with employees who have strong work ethics and a variety of skills and experience. However, if you’re not used to working with or recruiting military members, you may find your recruiting program to be less successful than anticipated. The Value of a Veteran can help you improve your veteran recruiting and retention program through our annual Veteran Recruiting Conference.

About the Conference
The Veteran Recruiting Conference is the premier professional development event for talent acquisition, diversity, and program managers seeking leading practices in veteran recruitment and retention. This year’s virtual event is taking place February 23-24, 2021. While typically an in-person conference, we’ve moved this year’s event online due to COVID-19 travel and group gathering restrictions.
The 2021 Veteran Recruiting Conference is our 9th annual event. We’re excited to help companies develop, execute and sustain veteran recruiting and retention programs by offering valuable advice, connections and resources.
A number of Fortune 500 companies consider the Veteran Recruiting Conference to be a “must attend” event, and this year’s conference is expected to have 110 to 140 large companies in attendance.
Successful talent acquisition leaders and compliance experts lead the conference’s sessions, so you receive reliable advice from people with real-world knowledge and experience. We also offer breakout sessions to encourage dialogue and sharing of effective veteran recruitment practices.
