Who We Are
The Value of a Veteran is a veteran-, woman- and minority-owned small business that provides organizations with human resources consulting and training to help them improve their support, recruitment and retention of military veterans.
Lisa Rosser founded the organization in 2007 at the height of the veteran unemployment crisis. She wrote and published a guide to help employers understand how to recruit and retain veterans and develop a veteran recruiting program. Since then, we have helped more than 400 of the Fortune 1000 companies plus many smaller organizations design and execute successful veteran recruitment and retention programs.
What We Do
We offer training and consulting services to teach organizations how to recruit and retain military veterans, guard and reserve members, and military spouses. We accomplish this through a variety of training methods, including live webinars, on-demand web-based training modules, and veteran recruiting bootcamps.
